Born in 2014, the restaurant immediately distinguished itself for its refined cuisine and for the care and research that chef Stefania Garelli employs in proposing a traditional cuisine but revisited in a modern key. The menu varies every week because it is the result of a careful selection of ingredients, which are always fresh and in season. The chef uses only whole-wheat flours and homemade egg pasta. The restaurant, which also offers delicious seafood and vegetarian dishes, is renowned for its selection of prime Fassona meat.
