La Panoramica Hotel Ristorante
From the heights of Bossolasco, at nearly 800 meters above sea level, the view sweeps across the vast scenery of the Cuneo plain and the Alpine arc, hence the name of the Hotel Restaurant "La Panoramica."
The Hotel Restaurant is located 25 km. from Alba on the provincial road to Savona. At "La Panoramica" restaurant, the cuisine is traditional: dishes from the Langhe and, on request, menus drawn from Italian gastronomy.
Accompanying this rich gastronomic selection are Alba's famous wines: Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera, Freisa, and the fresh whites: Arneis, Favorita, and Chardonnay.
"La Panoramica" is a place to relax, away from the daily grind, a place out of town but not far away where the typical colors and flavors of the Langhe are found in the tourist experience of Bossolasco and the typical cuisine of the Albarello family.
