Monte Robiglio Azienda Agricola

The company is based in the Alta Langa, in Bossolasco, one of the most sought-after Langa villages for summer tourist stays or simple sunday outings.

The Monte Robiglio Farm has been in the area for several generations, and, with the passion and care of traditional family management, it is dedicated to raising "Langhe cows and sheep," from which it obtains milk for the production of renowned cheeses.

Massimo, the owner of the farm, and his family members, artisanally produce typical and Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheeses, originated from the exclusive processing of milk, provided by their own animals, grazed and fed with fodder and cereals grown directly on the farm. The sheep and cow's milk, appropriately blended, is processed "raw," that is, without the use of high temperatures, with only the addition of rennet and salt. The resulting cheese is suitable either for sale "fresh," just made, or expertly "aged" using traditional techniques.

The altitude of the places (800m a.s.l.), the particular climate (cool and windy), the nutrition and welfare ensured to the animals, the tradition of many generations of cheesemakers combined with technology and scrupulous attention to hygiene, allow the processing of raw milk, giving the cheeses a unique taste, never standardized, always particular and surprising.
The continuous innovation brought to the farm, aimed above all at adapting to the increasingly restrictive sanitary standards of the facilities, have not penalized a style of work that fully respects the tradition and typicality of the products and gives undeniably singular flavors and characteristics.

Adjacent to the farm dairy, where the processing of milk into cheese takes place, a sales point has been set up where you can taste and buy: TUME DI BOSSOLASCO, MURAZZANO DOP, BOSSOLASCO DI PURA PECORA, BRUS, RICOTTA, TOMA DI PURA PECORA STAGIONATA, CIABATTA AI GUSTI, TOMA BLU, MONTE ROBIGLIO, TESTUN, PERLA DELLE LANGHE , etc.
Our products are also on sale on Saturdays in Alba, at the "EARTH MARKET" in Pertinace Square, and at various stores, restaurants and agritourisms in the area .
