We are located in Bossolasco, known as "the pearl of the Langhe," in a valley ideal for pastures where cheese of unparalleled flavor is produced.
Every day we milk Langhe sheep (a native breed of sheep) and Alpine Brown and Piedmontese cows, then process the raw milk to maintain the typical organoleptic characteristics of our milk, without the addition of any additives, into the typical cheeses we produce.
