Founded in 1961, the family-run business in Bossolasco has evolved from a village shop to a small supermarket.

Inside the new and modern premises in Via Circonvallazione Provinciale, along with a wide variety of foodstuffs, there is the MOLLO SALUMERIA, which offers its customers 0 km Piedmontese meat from local farms slaughtered in-house. 
Another feather in the company's cap is its own production of typical Langa cold cuts such as: sausage, cooked salami, raw salami and cooked ham.
